emotions vs. feelings - What's the difference?

Emotions and feelings play a huge role in our life. But what is actually the difference?

As this question arose in my mind, I set out on a search. I thought there's a simple definition... But the more I read, the more I got confused. The articles on the net contained somehow all different informations. What I have presented to you in the video is the essence of what I found on Google and the way I understood it.
