We recently had an AC failure following a power outage/spike at the campground. Once home, our troubleshooting showed that the compressor and fan capacitors were good. We were showing 125 volts between hot and ground at all proper locations. Continued troubleshooting led me to a potential problem on the neutral wire side.

There is a junction box under the camper for the AC supply line. This had obviously been slowly failing over time to the point that the wire nuts melted. The final straw came with the power outage/surge.

All Trailmanor owners should have this junction box wiring inspected! It is a failure point and can have water egress from both the top and bottom.
