Ingredients for Persian Quince and plum stew:
1 onion
300 grams of mutton
2 Quince
15 plums
Salt and pepper, turmeric, cinnamon powder, 1 teaspoon of each
2 tablespoons of brewed saffron
Half a tablespoon of tomato paste
