GTA V REAL 4K NO FSR 15-20FPS ANDROID | HORIZON EMU

It turns out it's only showing 1080p but I figured it out how to make it real 4k but the performance suffer from 15-20fps. In video I showed that I'm on airplane mode so people will not think it's cloud gaming, I showed the gta v graphics settings is set to 4k and the horizon emu settings is set on 4k and walk and run fast is off on quantv menu mod so people will not think the video is speed up. The vsync is off on gta v graphics settings so the fps will be accurate. No fsr used I showed the settings in the video.
