Butter coating (optional)

Marinate for 2 hours (longer is always better)

Instructions:

Fill up oven tray with hot/warm water and then place your Chicken Kebab on the vented tray - http://amzn.to/2FFnFPG and place the top/vented tray on the bottom tray. Preheat Oven and cook - Bake @500°F / 260ºC for 15 minutes, then turn over Chicken kebab and apply butter coating then cook additional 15 minutes then turn off the oven and let it cool down for 5 minutes before you serve. Take out of the OVEN and Enjoy with your family/friends.
This is my oven settings and your timing could be different depending on your Oven.
