- water temperature 95°C
- total pour volume 300ml

Step
- 1st pour up to 150 ml 0:00~1:45
*Pour water and stir the coffee grounds simultaneously.
- Final pour up to 300ml 1:45~2:15
- Remove the dripper when the water has drained.
