SKYDIVING @ Wollongong | Best Skydive in Sydney 🇦🇺!

I went for my first-ever skydive adventure with Skydive Australia near Sydney, Australia!

Wollongong is just a short drive from Sydney or a 1-hour train ride and offers breathtaking views for skydiving enthusiasts and beginners. It was an exhilarating experience I’d recommend to anyone looking to improve themselves and confront their fears.

The initial rush of wind when you first jump out of the plane is astounding. I felt like I was about to pass out for a moment.. but then you settle into it and experience a raw admiration of nature paired with adrenaline that I find difficult to describe; you truly have to try skydiving for yourself.

This is a tandem dive, which means you dive attached to an instructor. The skydiving instructor is very supportive and helps you feel at ease; after all, they’ve done it hundreds of times before. I’m looking to complete my next dive across the ditch in NZ shortly.

The cost is around $419 (no discount) for the skydive + $179 for the photo and video package. I think it was 100% worth it - let’s go!
