Light tanks lost nearly all their diversity in patch 0.9.18, and are still extremely generic across the board, with few unique qualities left on most of them (and I never said they were good qualities). Yes, I know these changes were to make them into recon vehicles, but the view range and speed also got nerfed, so they did a little more than turning them into recon vehicles...
