The Chicago Architecture Center welcomes architecture lovers from across and beyond Chicago to enjoy an expanded Open House Chicago festival October 16–25, 2020. The second-most widely attended event of its kind in the world, returning for a tenth consecutive year, Open House Chicago 2020 highlights architecturally, culturally and historically significant sites across “the city of neighborhoods,” with a focus for 2020 on the city’s South and West Sides.

Attendees can enjoy both in-person and remotely accessible experiences that unlock fascinating stories about extraordinary neighborhoods across Chicago, through a new mobile app, interactive virtual programs and more. Visit https://openhousechicago.org for the latest details.

All OHC 2020 activities are offered online or outdoors in support of recommendations from public health officials for the State of Illinois and the City of Chicago. OHC 2020 does not include access to or tours of any building interiors or convene any groups. All OHC 2020 attendees are encouraged to wear face coverings at all times, and maintain six feet of social distance at a minimum while exploring any neighborhoods, except from others with whom they have already isolated.
