Uncle Bean, Uncle Dodoi, Curry Shrimp, paratha and a great road trip to Erin.

Going back to Erin was hard after the funeral, but we must face our challenges. Bean and daddy need as much help as they could get and it breaks my heart to know that Bean does it all without complaining. We went down for the carnival weekend just give him some help, company and of course to cook and release some stress. We missed mammie so, but we were doing exactly what she loves, being there with each other in love.
