Ingredients:
6 Eggs
2 Potato
2 Onion
Oil for Frying
2 tbsp Butter
½ tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt

Method:
Fry 2 sliced potato & 2 sliced onion on a low flame for 10 minutes or until onion gets caramelized.

Drain excess oil from potato & onion.

Whisk 6 eggs in a bowl. Now combine eggs, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp salt & potato-onion mixture. Merge it properly & rest for 20 minutes.

In a pan add 2 tbsp butter & Pour the mixture, spread it evenly.

Cook for 5 minutes. Flip & again cook for 5 minutes.

Serve Spanish omelette with tomato ketchup!
