Despite the hiccups, I'm still quite proud of myself of this set: not on a technical level, but on a personal level.
I was running on poor sleep, nearly 2 days of barely eating, and wrestling my inner demons for access to the lyrics I'd been practicing for a month. (Is this how Macross singers feel in battle?!) I cover my ear and close my eyes a lot this show, and that was to reduce sensory inputs so that I could focus on my performance. Thank you for understanding. 🙇 I'll remember to eat and to bring my in-ears next time.
Oh yeah. Also, I only had a month to prepare. 8')
If anything, I hope that these clips will inspire you to not give up on your ambitions, no matter how stacked the odds are! ò n ó ✨
Sometimes, the simplest way of being brave is to put yourself through it, and survive. It's like video games: you've gained EXP and are maybe a level or two higher than before the boss fight. ^ w ^ (And of course, it's always more special when you can do it with trustworthy friends. ; u ; So thank you, Yumemi and Pam again, for joining my "party" so last-minute!)
