A tough and Challenging hike for those who are fit and adventurous.
The trail starts out nice and steep from gap creek rd to the stretch track, well define trail until the turn off from the ridgeline onto the spur, the first half of the spur was nice and easy then the trail disappears into thick shrubs and become extremely difficult., this would be the hardest part of the hike. If you survive and mange to find the creek below follow the faint trail for a few more hours or creek hop it all the way to base of Running Creek falls.
