Quick chicken salad with lots of vegetables a lovely summer dish

Ingredients :

1-2 chicken breasts
salt , pepper , a little oil for frying
3 stalks asparagus cooked
2 spring onions
1 small tin of peas
2 slices of pineapple
2 radishes
Salt, pepper, curry powder
2 tbsp. fresh cream
2 tbs sour cream
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard, a little lemon juice, a little oil
white balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. honey
some chives
flaked almonds

My name is Anni and I come from the beautiful Tyrol (Austria). As a trained cook, I worked in the gastronomy for many years and have never lost my passion for cooking and baking.
