As you can see with the soccer ball you can easily use the Hotronix ball press to apply names or logos all over. However, with a baseball this would not be as easily done since its too small for the base. This is where you can get creative! Gregg is going to place the Digital Heat FX transfer on the baseball using the George Knight Mug Press since it works with smaller round items as well as mugs.

To do this you need a baseball, the Digital Heat FX transfer you want to use, Some thermal tape to secure your transfer, a flexible finishing sheet (good for texture and hard goods), and the George Knight Mug press.

1. Set press to 320 degrees.
2. Secure the DFX Transfer onto the baseball where you want it using thermal tape.
3. Smooth out nice and flat.
4. Carefully place baseball in mug press where the heat would lay directly on the transfer. (HOT!)
5. Close the heat press for 30 seconds .
6. Cool it down completely before you can peel off transfer sheet. (suggested to use a coldpack).
7. SLOWLY peel off clear transfer sheet.
*PRO TIP: If a spot on the transfer does not fully stick, simply lay tape back down and repress.*
8. Use Flexible finishing sheet and lay over baseball and put back into the heat press and press again for 20 seconds to complete the transfer and for a nice mat finish/ textured look.

There you have it! A great way to use a George Knight Mug press and Digital Heat FX system to create a custom Baseball! Thanks for watching!
