Her ex Ryan Edwards was arrested and booked on Tuesday for a drug-related charge in Tennessee.And Maci Bookout has filed a protection order against the troubled star, according to US Weekly.The Teen Mom OG star, 26, shares a nine-year-old son named Bentley with him. Maci listed herself as well as Bentley and her two other children in the order.She is mom to two kids - Jayde, two, and Maverick, 22 months, with husband Taylor McKinney.US Weekly's source said that Maci 'will always protect the kids as she should and needs to,' adding that she 'absolutely guards the kids.'  Taylor also filed a protection order against Ryan; It is not known when the orders were placed.Maci and Ryan welcomed Bentley in 2008 and got engaged by 2009; they split in 2010. She began dating Taylor in 2012 and the duo tied the knot October 2016 in Greenville, Florida.Maci and Taylor welcomed Jayde in 2015 and Maverick in 2016. Ryan's drug related arrest comes the same day it was revealed his wife Mackenzie Standifer is expecting their first child. The 30-year-old MTV star, who went to rehab for heroin addiction last year, was booked at Red Bank City Police Department in Tennessee on Tuesday.A source told Radar Online that Ryan was arrested at his home on a warrant at 3 pm for petition to revoke, which means breaking probation, related to a past simple possession of heroin charge. 'He was held on $5,000 bond,' a Hamilton County Jail spokesperson told the website. 'He was bonded out at 10:15pm.' Ryan and Mackenzie, 21, married in a church ceremony in November which followed an initial smaller ceremony in May when they eloped before Ryan's treatment for heroin addiction. In a teaser shown at the end of Monday night's episode of Teen Mom OG, MacKenzie was seen showing her positive pregnancy test to show producer Jeni who jumped up and down with excitement.
