This is the fourth video in my 2023 goal setting prep work series. It's an informal series where I work through my struggles with setting goals and sticking with them, and try to come up with something that will work for me going forward.

In this video I discuss what I think my goals will be for 2023. These are things I've been thinking about for a while and will continue to think about as the new year draws closer and I implement my DIY goal setting system.
