Ingredients:
1kl. of fresh plum
500g. rock sugar (crystal sugar)
2 bottles of absolut vodka (750ml per bottle)
Jar

Procedures:
wash the jar and dry well, take a paper towel pour a bit of vodka and wipe the inside jar. to do this to avoid mold.
wash the plum and dry well
put the plum and rock sugar in the jar by layer
pour the absolut vodka and put the cover (lid) make sure it tight
mix it once in awhile without opening the jar just roll, tilting the jar
Keep it for 6months to 1year
