One of the best recipes to cook in an air fryer is this red velvet choco chip cookies with cream cheese. The outside of the cookie is so crisp and yet gooey and soft on the inside. The combination of salty cream cheese to the sweet cookie is perfect! Notbtoo sweet for me. Red velvet Choco Chip Cookies w/ Cream Cheese

*I would recommend using weighing scale for accurate result of batter.

Ingredients :
• 3/4 of a block of butter (150g)
• 2 large egg
• 1 cup brown sugar (200g) or 1/2 cup so it will not be sweet
• 1 cup white sugar (200g)
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 2 tsp red food coloring

• 3 1/2 cups of all purpose flour (420g)
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder (25g)
• 2 tbsp cornstarch (16g)
• 1 tsp baking soda 5g
• 2 tsp baking powder (6g)
• 1 tsp iodized salt (5g)
• 1 1/2 cups of white choco chips or roughly chopped white chocolate bar (250g)
• 1 block of cream cheese

Air Fryer:
Baked at 160⁰C for 15 mins, then turn on the other side and baked for another 3 mins more.

Oven:
Baked at 180⁰C or 200⁰C for 15 to 18 mins.

Yield:
23 to 25pcs of 60 to 65g cookies when baked, using a 3 oz ice cream scoop.
