Travelling with a CHRONIC ILLNESS. Car Journeys and short holiday with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome vlog

Travelling with a Chronic illness like ME/CFS (myalgic encephalomyelitis) can be really difficult as it takes up so much energy both from the travel itself and the activities you want to participate in when your there. I took a short trip to Manchester to visit my brother with my family. I haven't been on any form of holiday since 2019, so this was an ease in to what will hopefully be more vacations in the next couple of years as the world gets back to normal. This vlogs shows how i manage the exhaustion of travel for those of us with a fatigue condition and how crashes can be worthwhile for important events.
