Intense and Close Battles in Porsche Cup at Circuit Zandvoort | iRacing Race Recap - D-Box Immersive

What an incredible track! I started the race in 16th position and managed to finish 14th, despite having an incident along the way. The Strength of Field was 3395, making it a highly competitive race. I gained +0.2 in Safety Rating but unfortunately lost 7 iRating points.

The race was incredibly close from start to finish. I found myself tailing Mateo from Mexico for the entire race. He was driving a very similar pace to mine, which made it nearly impossible to overtake him. I was glued to his bumper the whole time but couldn’t quite find the opportunity to get past. Nevertheless, it was an intense and fair race, and I enjoyed every second of it.

I experienced all of this on my D-Box Full Motion Simulator with an integrated 57-inch monitor, which makes every race feel astonishingly real—one of the many things I love about this hobby.
