In this project, I showcase a fully hand-soldered power supply built on a perforated prototype board, featuring multiple regulated outputs and a safe, modular design.

The system uses three LM2596 adjustable regulator modules to provide clean and stable voltage outputs. Each output is routed through male and female pin headers, allowing easy access, modular connections, and quick testing for various electronics projects.

To ensure input polarity protection, I added a bridge rectifier (diode bridge) at the power entry stage. This allows the power supply to accept the input voltage in either direction—preventing accidental reverse-polarity damage.

All components were assembled manually using through-hole soldering, resulting in a simple yet versatile power module ideal for DIY electronics, labs, and prototyping.
