The Quadra system, part of GOMAX product family comprising of thermoplastic flexible capillary hose, fittings in brass and steel and dedicated tooling gives quick production, in a few simple steps, with superior quality connections to the pressure test points, gauges, the pressure switches including the oil return circuits and oil level equalization, for air conditioning and refrigeration units of each type and size. All QUADRA capillary hoses and fittings are available in DN2, DN4 and DN6, and can be used with HCFC (R22), HFC (R134a, R404A, R407A, R407B, R407C, R410A, R507), CO2 up to 120 bar / 1740 psi from -45°C up to +130°C / from -49°F up to + 266°F, enabling installations onto machines operating in trans-critical system.
For large scale production it is now possible to use the new worktop crimper RXA006 which easily crimps the fittings for QUADRA DN2, DN4 e DN6 hoses.
