Описание к видео Bobby Hull’s Junior hockey days in Cambridge @ithappenedincambridge.com

Bobby Hull was 14 years old in 1953 when he went to Cambridge to play Jr. B for the Hespeler Black Hawks. He was billeted at a hotel in Preston, attended Preston High School and played at the Hespeler Memorial Arena. In the fall of 1954 he returned to Galt to play for the Jr. A Black Hawks, and attended Galt Collegiate. He also honed his famed slapshot. (Particular thanks to Bill Bartels, Randy Faist, Tom Conaway and Ed Heather).
