In this chapter, we set up the Node.js SDK for our Hyperledger Fabric project and prepare it for interacting with the deployed chaincode. We remove old scripts, clean the wallet, create a proper folder structure, and build fresh admin registration scripts for Government (Org2) and NGO (Org3). Finally, we start the network, add Org3, and test our setup.
Topics Covered:
• Cleaning old Node SDK files (wallet, scripts)
• Creating app.js, routes, controllers, services
• Writing fabricService.js for registering users/admins
• Creating Government Admin & NGO Admin certificates
• Starting Fabric network & adding Org3
• Fixing common "peer failed to join channel" issue
