Mimosa Flower Beverage

We love flower beverages as you have noticed, and today we are making mimosa flower cold infusion. Mimosa flowers are almost done blooming, so we wanted to make this drink last time this year and take you along. Amount is not that important, but the more flowers you will use the stronger the flavor. One of us prefers not to sweeten it at all, but a few drops of stevia or teaspoon of honey would make it more sweet. We would NOT use hot water as it would destroy the delicate floral flavor.
