Plot (eng):
Hester Appleyard (Natalie Dormer) purchases an isolated mansion out in the Australian bush to transform into a school for young ladies - a few months later, Appleyard College is a success. One day beautiful lady comes to the mansion opposite the college. They both are invited to social event and Hester notices that the lady pay a lot of attention to her and even haunts her.

Mrs Appleyard can not get the lady out of her mind and observe her playing with men in the her yard. The lady notices her too. Next day the last one sends her the letter with her photo and Hester figures out name of the lady — Katherine Pierce (Nina Dobrev). She even comes to her and bewitches Hester to tell her what she thinks about her. Since that day Hester becomes to change. She has strange feelings.

At night Mrs Appleyard hears odd sounds and sees Katherine who kills a man after after drinking his blood. From now she knows of Mrs Pierce and at the same time she suffers from terrible visions. They both have secrets to hide. But the secret of Katherine revealed, she gets gets imprisoned. Hester can not get rid of Katherine's vampire spell and helps her to get out. Katherine thankful for Hester and promise to rescue her from visions and past.

Katherine is gone. Hester's college falls apart as she does...
