This arrangement includes the following movements:
Promenade
Catacombae (Sepulcrum Romanum)
Baba Yaga (The Hut on Fowl's Legs)
The Great Gate of Kiev

Composed as a 10-movement piano suite in 1874, Pictures at an Exhibition is often considered the greatest work of Russian composer Modest Mussorgsky. Mussorgsky based the work on pictures by artist Viktor Hartmann. The music depicts Mussorgsky's tour of a memorial exhibition of over 400 Hartmann works at the Imperial Academy of Arts in Saint Petersburg in February and March 1874. Each movement is a musical illustration of an individual work by Hartmann.
