Zante 2024 - What is a Greek Easter Like? - Zante Town & Easter Sunday

In episode 3, we get the chance to experience a Greek Orthodox Easter weekend.

We head to Zakynthos Town to join the locals for the Easter celebrations in St. Mark's Square.

We watch on as the traditional Greek Easter plays out, as a priest comes out to make a Liturgy, before candles are lit and fireworks are let off to signal midnight into Easter Sunday.

We then head back to Kalamaki, where we get to see Claude put the lamb on the spit at Melon Bar, ahead of Easter Sunday.

On Easter Sunday, we head back to Melon Bar, where Claude serves us up Lamb Ribs with chips.

We review the food before the drinks start to flow.

We finish off with (a very drunken) overview of our Orthodox Easter experience.
