In this video I show you how I set up the lighting for my green screen shoots. While you may have different lighting units than I use, I use a combination of soft box lights and LED lights to light my projects. I give you the distances and directions of each light I use. Lighting is the single most important aspect of getting a good green screen clip.

I then show you two sample clips, one using a green screen and one using a blue screen. I explain why each has specific uses. I use Screenflow to edit my videos so I go in to each sample clip and show how to employ the chroma key effect to remove the green in the background. I then show how to bring in any background behind your green screen work. I hop you find this useful.
