Crispy Paneer Lollipops - A delicious and creative way to enjoy paneer!! Here's a simple recipe for making them.

Ingredients:

200g paneer (crumbled)
1 teaspoon ginger (finely chopped)
1 green chilli (finely chopped)
1 table spoon coriander (finely chopped)
1 Onion (finely chopped)
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup all-purpose flour (maida)
1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1 Maggi noodles
Bread Slices
Water for batter
Oil for deep frying
Lollipop sticks or toothpicks

Instructions:

Prepare Paneer Mixture:

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine crumbled paneer with onion, ginger, green chilli, coriander, Maggi masala powder and salt.

2. Mix well to ensure all the spices are evenly distributed.

Shape into Lollipops:

1. Take bread slices and make the desired share you want and keep aside.

2. Take small portions of the paneer mixture and fill it into the bread slice shapes.

3. Insert a lollipop stick or toothpick into each paneer shape for creating the lollipop effect.

Prepare Batter:

1. In a separate bowl, mix all-purpose flour (maida), Kashmiri red chilli powder and salt.

2. Gradually add water to make a smooth batter, ensuring there are no lumps. The consistency should be thick enough to coat the paneer lollipops.

Coat with Breadcrumbs:

1. Dip each paneer lollipop into the batter, making sure it's well-coated.
2. Roll the coated paneer lollipop in breadcrumbs, ensuring an even and generous coating.
3. Finally roll them in the Maggi noodles to get the extra crispy flavour (Optional)

Deep Fry:

1. Heat oil in a deep pan or kadai for frying.

2. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the paneer lollipops in the oil and fry until they turn golden brown and crispy.

3. Remove and drain excess oil on paper towels.

Serve:

1. Serve the crispy paneer lollipops hot with your sauce or dip.

2. These crispy paneer lollipops make for a fantastic appetizer or snack. You can customize the spices according to your taste preferences.
