SEM provided a structured approach for implementing energy management practices, educating employees, developing a method for tracking results and preparing a Strategic Energy Management Plan that:
Identified energy savings that could be achieved short-term; with immediate results, without major costs such as installing motion sensors.
Identified and planned for bigger, longer-term capital projects like updating chiller systems.
