Babak survived eight years of horrific war on the Iran/Iraq border. Since then he’s had to
fight many of his own personal battles overcoming post-traumatic stress disorder, dealing with the emotional impact of being brutally rejected by his home country, and more recently supporting his autistic son through home education. His story is one of determination and resilience. He will talk about standing up and being counted, no matter how much the odds are stacked against you –reminding us that no matter where you are, and what barriers you face, you can always define who you want to be and the difference you can make in this world.

Babak is a war survivor and the father of an autistic son who coaches others to stand out and achieve great results. He also works in partnership with Dr. John C. Maxwell, the leadership and management expert. Together they help leaders and business owners who want to make it to the next level.
