Our office is in Hong Kong, and has one of the top 3 machine production line in mainland China. Today, we are testing the EMT-B.Pro, which comes with an external power box. This feature not only protects the electrical components from heat but also allows for monitoring voltage and current. Most importantly, it enables power adjustment, which is useful for small batch production when lower power settings are needed. The machine is equipped with a touchscreen interface that supports multiple languages, making it very user-friendly. You just need to set the temperature and speed; we’ve set it to 220 degrees Celsius and 30 Hz. Additionally, you can activate the pressure feature to begin testing. The machine has a three-in, three-out design for sublimation paper, protective paper, and fabric. Once the materials are in place, we can start the test. The rolls can be upgraded with an air expansion shaft, and the machine includes two conveyor belts for transport and output. After the materials are rolled up, we can check the transfer results. This machine is suitable for both roll and sheet materials, making it versatile. The transfer colors are very solid and attractive.
