Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has made the registration process of company very easy in the past few years. Now you can register your business as a company within 4 hours and with a nominal fee.
Last year SECP revealed their e-portal for the online registration process of companies through which you can register you company from the comfort of your home.
Another process was to visit the regional offices of SECP to register your company but usually the registration process took days but no more. Now you can visit the office of SECP along with your CNIC and register your company within 4 hours.
