A visual introduction to Common Micromoths (Families Hepialidae, Tineidae, Bucculatricidae, Gracillariidae, Plutellidae, Elachistidae, Autostichidae, Coleophoridae, Cosmopterigidae, Gelechiidae, and Cossidae). These include the following twenty-one genera: Stenopsis, Xylesthia, Niditinea, Monopis, Bucculatrix, Galoptilia, Plutella, Agonopterix, Depressariodes, Bibarrambia, Ethmia, Antaeotricha, Gerana, Blastobasis, Coleophora, Limnaecia, Walshia, Metzveria, Gelechia, Batteristis, and Prionoxystus. Specimens shown here were photographed in North Dakota and Minnesota during 2011-12. This short educational film was made in Grand Forks, North Dakota (04 February 2013).
