You can find a Taiwanese vegetarian restaurant called 4 Stones Vegetarian in Richmond, BC and it’s pretty much one of the only all vegetarian restaurants there. They have clearly marked vegan options on their menu and the vegetarian items mostly have whey. The place has very few seats, there were a lot of take out orders, and it’s set up where you order at the till and pick up the food yourself to eat at a table. We shared the spring rolls, the deep fried abalone mushrooms, the mapo tofu combo, and bean curd skin rolls in black bean sauce combo. The combos came with rice, soups, and side dishes of vegetables and tofu. 4 Stones was very busy on the weekend, so it’s great to see them doing well in Richmond which has so many Chinese restaurants to choose from. Our opinions were very divided in this episode, so watch to see who enjoyed the food more!
