This is the problem that the t-Consult Leadership Academy seeks to solve.
This academy is designed to equip participants with a 360-degree Knowledge, Skills, Attitudes and Competencies required to become exceptional leaders. Our curriculum covers the following, amongst others,

6. Strategy, Planning and Execution

Program Structure
The Academy runs for 3 months, with 1 week of contact every month (Tuesday – Friday each week). This structure allows for ‘teaching practice’ time for each participant.
Contents will be delivered in a carefully choreographed sequence that allows the knowledge shared to build, one-on-the-other, in a synergistic manner.
