Welcome! This is the Henrik One Man Band doing a cover of a track from Judas Priest`s "Angel of retribution" album. The drumming is pretty monotone and singleminded on this one but it requires a lot of stamina and endurance so there`s that. I thought about adding the lyrics but I came to the conclusion that it is actually better to imagine the lyrics of this song rather than actually read them. The lyrics are basically about one of those Rob Halford characters like The Metallian, The Painkiller and The Sentinel wreaking havoc in the form of The Hellrider. This work is dedicated to guitarists KK Downing who is no longer in the band and Glen Tipton who is unfortunately too sick to play with the band (though still a member). They both wrote and recorded this song and album, plus all the classic releases before it. A big salute to those guys who created heavy metal in its truest, most metallic form! So there you go, this is my version of the song. I use Drumcraft, Paiste and Duallist exclusively along with Ibanez guitars and Shure microphones. HELLRIDER! In for the kill!
