The primal mana goes for anywhere between 100g - 500g each.

The best method of obtainig these is running through Karazhan.
It takes you 7 minutes to get 6 primal mana's. This is however a raid, and you have to kill bosses in order to get to the part of the raid where you find the mobs dropping the primals.
