The webinar was coordinated by New York Sea Grant and its partners (Cornell Cooperative Extension of Suffolk County, and the America's Small Business Development Centers New York) in response to industry challenges identified at the 2024 New York Seafood Summit [https://seagrant.sunysb.edu/articles/...], events for which were held this past February and March.

Discussed during the webinar: the basics of writing and applying for grant funding and applying for business loans. The team also provided tips and tricks for navigating the process and introduced additional resources that are available and relevant grant opportunities.
