Lisa Parrish has been in the real estate industry for nearly 20 years. She is a realtor in Arizona on a successful real estate team with her husband. When the recession hit, they had to figure out how to get things off the ground, and they decided they didn't want to work for anyone else anymore. With 2 young boys and nothing to lose, they moved across the country, bought their first 23-unit apartment complex, and decided to manage it themselves. Fast forward to 11 years later; they are about to hit 3000 units under management.
