LACTATION COOKIES:
Ingredients:
¾ c almond butter
½ c coconut oil
½ c coconut sugar
½ c honey
2 tsp vanilla
3 Tbsp brewer’s yeast
1 c ground flax
⅓ c water
2 eggs
2 c whole wheat pastry flour
2 c oats (not quick)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 c chocolate chips
1 c chopped walnuts

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix wet ingredients, then add eggs. Stir in dry ingredients. Fold in chips + nuts. Scoop onto parchment-lined sheets, press gently, and bake 12+ min. Let cool & enjoy!
