2 cups water
1 tbs Al Kbous black tea
1 tsp ground cardamom
4 tbs sugar
1/4 tsp nutmeg - optional
1/4 tsp cinnamon - optional
1/4 tsp ground cloves - optional
boil then add milk
2/3-1 can evaporated milk
let it foam up 3 times, each time taking it off the heat and putting it back
let sit for 10 minutes
