“Healing means losing the identity build around your pain”
Well I don't know if you know this, but I have a very special relationship with Instagram. This
system found exactly what I like which is inspiring messages and very very funny stuff. And just
the other day I saw this quote that really speaks my language and expresses exactly where I'm
at on my personal journey.
I have been on a very intensive healing journey for the last eight years and just recently, during
a deep healing session, I have reached this exact conclusion, only I didn't have these beautiful
words to say it.
There is a moment, and that is a very joyful moment, that you understand (or at least I
understood) that pain is pain and joy will not come out of it.
There comes a time when you say goodbye to living around your pain and working with your
trauma again and again. I am very happy to say my time has come and I'm free again to live the
life that I choose and this is a life of joy, friends, family and lots of music.
The songs that were written during these last eight years express everything that I've gone
through and now it's time for them to shine their way to your hearts.
