Описание к видео Class II EQUIA Forte Tutorial: Glass Hybrid Restorative from GC America

If you are new to using glass ionomer restoratives for Class II fillings and/or have struggled with placing them in the past, this tutorial has tips and tricks to ensure clinical success. Dr. Jeanette MacLean demonstrates on a typodont how to bulk-fill with EQUIA Forte, a glass hybrid restorative from GC America. This material has high fluoride release as well as increased strength and wear resistance. These improved physical properties widen EQUIA Forte's clinical indications to include Class I, II, III, and V fillings, as well as core build-ups and atraumatic or interim restorations. She will demonstrate how to place and remove different matrix systems for Class II restorations, like sectional matrices and Denovo bands. She will review how to polish and adjust the material. The post-op instructions are available for download on the SDF page of our website, under "resources for dental professionals," at www.kidsteethandbraces.com
