All you need 💕

For Paneer Marination:
100 grams Paneer
1 sachet Peri Peri Masala
1 TBSP Chilli Oil

For Cucumber salad:
3 TBSP Curd
1 TSP Chaat masala
Salt (as per taste)
1 TBSP Honey
half chopped Cucumber

For Fried Rice:
1 TBSP Oil
1 small Onion chopped
Add choice of mixed Vegetables ( I used Sweet corns, french beans, Mushroom, bell peppers)
Season with Salt and black pepper powder (as per taste)
1 Large Bowl cooked Rice
1 TBSP Chilli Oil
Chopped spring onion Greens and coriander leaves for Garnishing..
