This is a marvelous radio receiver I am very proud of. My understanding is they were built in big numbers in the Soviet Union, but unfortunately the Volna K is not common in Western Europe.
I bought mine in Germany a few years ago. It works really well as it is, so I am not inclined to align or recapping it, as I have done with other radios of about the same era. The fact it is still doing such a good job after so many years is a testimony to the engineers who designed it and the technicians who built it.
