Which alcohol makes the BEST Vanilla Extract?

I made homemade vanilla extract with 4 different liquors and tested them in 3 recipes to see which is best.

Vanilla Extract Recipe:
1/2 of a vanilla bean
100 mL Alcohol
Aged for 2 months

2.5 cups oats
1/2 cup chopped cashews
2.5 TBSP coconut oil
2.5 TBSP maple syrup
2.5 TBSP brown sugar
0.5 tsp vanilla extract per 1/2 cup granola
Over medium heat added coconut oil to a nonstick pan, then once melted added in the maple syrup and brown sugar and stirred constantly with a spatula. Once it started to bubble, pour it over the oats while hot and mix. Lay on a baking tray and place in a preheated over set to 250°F. Baked for 1.5 hours

Dry ingredients
60 g All Purpose Flour
2 g baking powder
36 g chocolate chips
Wet ingredients
1 stick room temperature butter
85 g white sugar
180 g brown sugar
1 egg
0.5 tsp vanilla extract when dividing dough into 5 portions
Let butter and egg sit out at room temperature. Cream together butter and sugars. Then add in 1 egg and mix until combine. Whisk together flour and baking powder and add in portions to the wet ingredients making sure that all of the dry is incorporated. Then mix in chocolate chips. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 375°F for 15 minutes.
