Player lock is one of the mechanics that all top players must master. If you want to improve your gameplay, this mechanic will help you a lot.

It is a mechanic that allows you to place your strickers in the perfect position to receive the ball, if you learn to master it you will be able to break through the opponent's defenses easily 🔥

The first step to activate player lock is to press the right and left analog sticks at the same time. (Press L3 + R3)

This will activate player lock, then with the right analog stick (RS) you just have to point at the player you want to control.

Then when you have selected the player you want, make the run to the open space and at the moment you want to receive the pass press triangle. This way you will receive a through pass in the spot you want. (You can also do the pass on the x, or any other type of pass)

Then just run and finish in the way you think is best!

If when you press L3 and R3 nothing happens, you have to go to the game settings and activate the option that says Player Lock to on.
